This Contest is for Best Overall Transformation using Bodyweight Burn.
Yes, we really do want to pay you for losing fat, gaining muscle and getting on track to the body of your dreams!
Need a little help getting motivated? There’s nothing quite like a good old fashioned competition to light that spark…
Here’s how it works.
You must use the Bodyweight Burn program to achieve your results.
Prizes and entry details are spelled out below.
Contestants will also be featured in a blog post and/or on our Bodyweight Burn Facebook page.
Yeah, we’ll help you brag about your results, and give you props in front of your family, friends and our entire exercise community!
So what are you waiting for?
Check out the rules below to learn exactly how to enter. And follow the details carefully, please. Don’t give Ryan the Grouch a reason to disqualify you!
Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded to the Top 5 Men and the Top 5 Women:
1st place – $500
2nd place – $250
3rd place – $200
4th & 5th – $100
All winners will also get a fashionably cool Bodyweight Burn t-shirt, so you can flaunt that new hot body all summer long. Here’s a photo in Tampa of Adam and Shawna Kaminski sporting the brand new Bodyweight Burn t-shirts!

Deadline
Submissions of “Before” Photos will be accepted starting February 4th, 2013.
We will be accepting submissions for 7 days, until February 11th, 2013.
Time Frame
You’ll begin your transformation on Monday February 11th and it will run for 12 weeks—the duration of the Bodyweight Burn program.
How to Enter
Want to get in on the contest? We need a few things from you so we can put you in the running…
1) “Before” photos taken from the front, back and side (details below).
2) A photo of you holding a copy of the current newspaper (details below — we need to see the date).
3) “After” photos taken from the front, back and side, along with another newspaper photo (details below).
4) A short video testimonial about your results.
Photo requirements: Mandatory before and after photo poses are the front, back, and side relaxed (arms at side) pose. We want everyone to have a fair shot at this, so everyone’s photo must meet the same specifications. This helps our judges do an accurate comparison.
You’re also required to supply a newspaper picture within this photo shoot. We need to see your body and your face with the paper. Once you’ve done the shots with the newspaper, please redo them immediately without the paper. Wear the same outfit, take the same position, in the same location, etc so we can see that it was taken during the same photo shoot.
Each picture must be labelled with your first and last name and the associated pose ie: “Jane_Doe_Before_Front_BWB″
Please re-size larger picture files down to a size that has a height of approximately 500 pixels.
Failure to label, or re-size the pictures correctly will result in potential disqualification from the contest. We’re not trying to be mean. The problem is these files can easily become lost if they’re not labeled and sent in correctly. So please follow the directions to the letter — we want you in the game!

Video requirements: We would like each contestant to enter a small video testimonial about your results at the end of the contest.

Okay — so this is a one week long contest?
June February 6, 2013 at 1:27 pm
The one week is to submit your before photo’s: the contest runs for 12 weeks.
AngelaR February 4, 2013 at 5:19 pm
We can use ONLY the Bodyweight Burn Program? I just signed up for 6 months with another local exercise program. Will this disqualify me?
Minnesota Red February 4, 2013 at 5:22 pm
Oh, duh — I get it now. Geez.
Brittany February 4, 2013 at 6:39 pm
When does the contest end?
Bronwyn February 5, 2013 at 12:06 am
Well it’s BWB is a 12 week program, so I guess it’s a 12 week challenge? Right?
Also is this open to everyone intenationally? I am in Australia, and have bought the BWB program, and this is just to motivation I need to really kick start my weight loss / transformation
Adam February 5, 2013 at 8:55 am
Correct. Bodyweight Burn is a 12 week program, so the contest transformation will last 12 weeks. I’ve added a paragraph in the text to clarify that.
And yes, entries are welcome from every corner of the world…
Cheers,
Adam

Joni February 5, 2013 at 9:50 am
Hi. I’m a bit technologically challenged. How do I get the necessary information on my pbtots?
Adam February 5, 2013 at 10:36 am
Hi Joni. You just have to rename your file. If you need help with that, all you have to do is submit a help ticket and ask one of our customer support staff to help walk you through the process. (support@shapeshifterbodyredesign.com)
Cheers,
Adam

Do I have to buy the BWB program?
Adam February 6, 2013 at 8:25 am
Kinda hard to do a BWB transformation without it.
Margie February 6, 2013 at 10:52 am
Hi Adam,
Are ShapeShifter members part of the BWB community? Seems like I was told that when BWB first came out and I was going to buy it…? If so, would I follow the ShapeShifter 12 week program to be part of the BWB contest?
Thanks!
Adam February 9, 2013 at 8:37 am
Hi Margie, yes, Shapeshifter is compatible with the transformation program.

Entered, but got error message in browser. Then I got an email confirming my entry – but the link in the email doesn’t work. Help!
Bronwyn Welling February 10, 2013 at 5:02 am
I got the same thing. I tried it again, and got the same response – please help?
Bronwyn Welling February 10, 2013 at 5:08 am
Try resizing your photos. I made mine smaller and it worked this time.
However, in my page, they only appear as “x”. My photos aren’t showing at all?
DRL February 10, 2013 at 12:13 pm
No luck here.
Above it says “Please re-size larger picture files down to a size that has a height of approximately 500 pixels.” so my 1st submission yesterday was 400×300 pics. Today I resized them to 300×225 and still got the error message. And I got another email confirmation with a link that still doesn’t work. I guess I could try with a different browser.
DRL February 10, 2013 at 3:24 pm
Well, after 4 different attempts with smaller and smaller pic sizes, 2 different browsers, 3 different email addresses…
Latest attempt with chrome and 300×225 pixels still resulted in a browser error, and the confirmation email link still won’t load in any browser on this PC so I can’t “login” to see if I’m registered or not. I guess I’ll wait and see if they can figure it out tomorrow.
Brittany February 11, 2013 at 8:46 pm
My husband and I got the same browser error and the confirmation link doesn’t work for us, either. I e-mailed support about it and I’m hoping to hear back soon.
DRL February 11, 2013 at 9:36 pm
They (support) got back to me last night. My pics were .tif files instead of .jpg files and they thought maybe that was the problem so they had me email them as .jpg files.
And the link they had sent in the confirmation emails was completely wrong.
I’m sure they will be in touch – but the email address is not something you will recognize: Watch for “Juanasuzy” at the start of the email address.
(Sorry – I don’t feel right posting someone else’s email address without their permission)
Brittany February 11, 2013 at 10:00 pm
My pics were .jpg files, so that can’t be the problem. Hopefully we’re enrolled properly – I’ll be pretty bummed if we can’t take part in the competition because of technical glitches.
Thanks for the reply!
