Quick question regarding the above article:-

After you completed the high intensity session on the moderate day as described, did you complete a second high intensity session the following day as your 4 x 7 wave would have prescribed, or did you follow it with a no intensity rest day, therefore beggining a new 4 day micro cycle?

The standard periodization model we&#039;re all taught as strength and conditioning coaches from the textbooks pretty much stinks in the real world. Allowing your body to &quot;flow&quot; through phases of low intensity and high intensity not only appeals to the logic of common sense, but it produces RESULTS as well.</description>
