Great video and thanks for the thorough explanation on it. I lifted weights for over 25 years and just within the last year started trying some body weight exercises. It is like a whole new world has opened up for me. I really love it! 

I have been training outside in the woods a lot this summer and have had some unbelievable workouts! I never would of thought that you could get this good of a workout without weights! You are really converting me over to body weight training!

		<description>These lunges are awesome! If you want to make them harder, place your front foot on a stable object, start small and build up. When you jump to change you foot position, try to make sure you are doing it above the object. If you want it even more challenging, do not use your hands, place them on your hips.
