		<description>When screwing arm press ups, I find the outsides of my forearms (palms facing down) get sore. It feels almost as if they have stress cracks. Is that a sign of doing the exercise improperly? I sometimes get the same soreness when doing close grip pushups or dips. Can this be avoided or is it something you just get accustomed to?
