I did not have a lot of time to train tonight so I did a quick dynamic Intu-Flow some mini-clubbells to loosen up some more and six reps of the inch worm.   Cranks up a short workout.</description>

		<description>Busy at work - I had to sleep over night before give this try. I woke up early (as usual) - my body felt tired... No excuseses:  after class of water out in the garden and move on:
I don&#039;t get it: after 3rd round my legs were &quot;burning&quot; and quat jumps felt more like &quot;jelly jumps&quot; - I knew this will &quot;kill me&quot;. I thought I was in shape? 5th round I began to find &quot;flow&quot; - inch worm felt greit, quad squat found rhythm, quat jumps...stil hurting...
I&#039;m more and more eager to see the watch - how many minutes is still left...I had to go back slower and slower at the start point with every round...
Finally 15 minutes is gone! And 10 rounds... I managed it!!
Some compensating movements - shower - breakfast - Perfect start to busy and sunny day:   I FEEL GO...OOD!

My kid class say they hate you and they just did four minutes.  LOL

The adults are getting used to me bringing in bodyweight exercises. 

However I made a slight miscalculation.

At about an hour and a half into the class I remembered I wanted to do the inch worm.

We had pounded the heck out of each other and fought hard and were exhausted and dripping with sweat.

Decided to give it a go anyway and try just five minutes. 
 
Okay maybe just a little more in the starting tank would be best.  
 
One wickedly cool drill.  

It ROCKS.
 
Well done Adam.

We will do it again.  I loved it – you know in that masochistic way we seem to have.</description>
