After my experience with “Bodyweight Exercise Revolution”, I’ve become an avid reader of all your blog posts and material. As someone who lives in a distant country (Argentina) and has little access to clubbells or kettlebells, bodyweight exercise is one of the most convenient ways to access the great ideas in CST. After BER, I’ve been longing for another release, specially one which has more day-to-day, here-is-how-you-do-it plans (as personalized CST coaching is sadly not available here).
As for why BBFFL would be ideal for me, I’m an amateur martial artist (Kali stickfighting). Loosing fat is always nice from an aesthetic point of view, but for me it also means I carry less “baggage” and can move quicker, which is always a plus when a stick is going for your head fast. Another issue important to me is having day-to-day plans, which saves me guess-work and compensates a bit not having actual coaching on CST. Last but not least, it’s bodyweight. I don’t need iron, I don´t need resistance bands or medicine balls or kettlebells. When there’s no real requirement but your commitment, it’s hard to make excuses!
There are five reasons, that I can start with, why BBFFL would be ideal for me and many others.
1. Cost – nothing is free or should it be, but this is as close as you can get.
2. Do it anywhere – when I travel it is sometimes hard to get a good workout. This is solve that problem because I will have weight (bodyweight) with me anywhere I go!
3. Progression – There are steps and phases for everyone. You do not have to feel like an idiot because you can not perform certain exercises because you will progress to them if you follow the plan.
4. Preparedness – I am trying to be prepared for whatever the future holds. To do this I must be in good/better shape. This is the perfect solution for exercising especially when times might be tough and you need to leave you home quickly without taking much.
5. Fun – With this program, you get to move and act like a child again. But do not think that this is childish because it is not. Look at some of the pictures and watch some of the videos and you will see what I mean.
I tried the Bodyweight FUN-damentals for the first time this morning. I already love it! And I also can’t believe that after only 3 rounds of of 6 exercises that I can feel it this evening. I was awakened and energized for my day and knew that I had already completed my workout. I know that there is so much more inlcuded in BBFFL that I know I will never get bored. I think that is why I stop exercising at times. Then when I go back I push myself too hard to get back into it and again, I fail. I know I’m strong and tenacious. I can do it. And I think this is just the program to help me do it. I cancelled my gym membership this afternoon! Thank you!!
I wasn’t always overweight but some years ago with lifes’ challenges I put on 32kg extra, thankfully with much determination I have lost it and kept it off for 6 years. I train hard and train well but having been doing the same old, same old and not really seeing any results I am hungry for something new, workable, smart, health oriented, fitness oriented and something that allows me to do it anywhere. Your system sounds just like what I am looking for, to be able to try it as a gift would just be fantastic. I am 54 tomorrow so it would also be a wonderful Birthday gift.
Cheers Michelle Rautio
I like natural things that just make sense. All of this make sense and it’s natural and functional. You can apply it to everyday life and I live for traveling which make this perfect for me.I also love my time and I’m impatiencent so it’s perfect to cut down in time and fat.I’ve been doing the 12min workout for 2 weeks now and I feel stronger already.I was a personal trainer, but I stopped because there are so many contradictions in this industry. You guys made me excited about fitness again.good job – keep it comming. Thanks
Adam and Ryan
Thank you for the free downloads. I am enjoyin them very much. The exercises feel like a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, and Calisthentics. At 56, I find myself very much in need of a simple, comprehensive fitness program which will spare my joints any further damage while strengthening them. You see, I have lost over 5,000 lbs since age 11, and regained all of it plus a bit more. I have been at a desirable body weight several times, and while I may have been fit, only recently have I realized that health and fitness are not the same thing.
I have had gym memberships. I did rotator cuff damage on a Soloflex. I literally wore out a Nordic Track ski machine. I have hoped someone would develop a form of exercise that would increase range of motion, flexibility, muscle tone, balance, muscular strength and endurance, stronger joints, and aerobic fitness that could be done in 20 min 3 times per week. Many, many gurus and gadgets have promised that Holy Grail, but not have delivered. I remember how I felt when I was more fit than I am now, and want to surpass all my previous levels of fitness and health without becoming obsessed by those goals. Balanced fitness as an integral part of a balanced life. That’s what I want, and I am convinced your Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat loss is the one tool I need. I would be more than delighted to send you before and periodic photos of what would undoubtedly be my crowning success.
Sincerely,
Robert
Hi Guys, I would like to win the free BBFFL program with the following motivations in mind: 1) I am 53 years old and although I have maintained fairly good shape throughout I have always had a little “paunch” on the front( even when weight training hard) I am anxious to see if I can dramatically change all this even at this age. i would like to get in the best shapr of my life! 2)After being laid off for the last 2 tears I have been retrained and am beginning a new carreer in health care–money is tight since I just finished school and anything I learn in this program will certainly benefit all the people I come into contact…I need all the help I can get. Thanks for your consideration. Jed
This is definitely the right time to get ahold of this program. I love the new direction CST has been forging, with the Six Degrees of Freedom incorporated into increasingly sophisticated and challenging programs. My daughter Nicki gets sore easily from exercise, but because of the program design, she can work out hard on Coach Steer and Coach Murdock’s “Fun-Damentals” workout and experience no DOMS at all. All this, with no equipment, needing little room, little time, and available to all fitness levels? Simply terrific. I cannot wait!
The body weight blueprint seems to be a better component of fitness and weight management for me as a Soldier due to some of the places that I have been deployed to are pretty austere.
The functional fitness and dietary fitness provided through this system makes it foolproof. Even if I don’t have internet connectivity, I could open a file, play a video, listen to a audio and follow the blueprint to healthy eating and functional fitness.
I neglected to mention that personal space is at a premium and for a majority of war fighters you live in a patrol base in the middle of nowhere and you can’t just go to the gym. So the “flow” is perfect for our situation as well.
Don’t get me started about nutrition while deployed either. Maintaining a decent meal plan is not something that can be counted on for any extended period of time. The blueprint will make it easier to choose from the bad as best we can.
Lastly, the recovery portion of the program is outstanding as well. Imagine being able to negate a crappy day of carrying 75 pounds of body armor, ammunition, water and other stuff throughout a hostile area with Intu-flow and Prasara yoga.
At any rate, I am home from a third tour in Iraq and have a few pounds to drop while I get myself back into fighting shape. I could use the Bodyweight Blueprint For Fat Loss to do it with!
Pick Me!

The Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss is the perfect choice for me for a couple of reasons, but primarily not just for me, but also for my family and my Soldiers. As someone who is a senior NCO in the Army I am charged with being a “leader”, now to be fair we all have our own definitions of what that is, mine is being able “to do” or lead by example. That means I must maintain a certain level of athleticism and body composition to be an example. How can I ask a Soldier to make changes in themselves if cannot offer insight and wisdom unless I have done it myself. The beauty of this system is that it if is teachable to all levels of physicality’s in incremental steps. This is important to access a Soldiers ability to do certain exercises within their means and then give them a plan to implement it.
The other “little” gold nugget here is teaching structure and variety to Soldiers. I can remember so many cold mornings doing the same “old” exercises, push-ups and sit-ups, then a Fartlek run for x amount of miles. Talk about developing overcompensations, these can and will lead to needless injuries and downtime for my unit and more importantly a loss of health for the Soldier. The need for variety is talked about often, but hardly every actually employed. Physical Fitness needs to be fun, not drudgery. Though my Soldiers may not stay in the Army, I would like to teach them “life skills” to take away with them so perhaps, just perhaps they can find their own path to self-mastery on the road to fitness, not just for themselves, but for the their families as well.

This makes more sense to me than anything I’ve come across. I used to be very fit and very strong – and I worked VERY hard to maintain it. I’m talking three running sessions, 2 interval training sessions, 1 heavy weights session and 1 day off a week. Every week. Then I fell pregnant, and relished the opportunity to eat what I wanted and sit around talking to my belly. It was awesome, and I also put on about 15kgs more than was strictly necessary! It stuck around through a second pregnancy, and then an old back injury flared up and I was stuck. It’s taken 18 months of chiropractic and pilates treatment, but I’m almost there. And you know what’s making the difference? Bodyweight FUN-damentals. I’m not kidding. I’ve tried SO many different programs, and what I’ve discovered is that to get strong again, I need a workout that uses my entire body, that doesn’t focus on specific areas. This is it. I’ve been following the FUN-damentals program for a week, and I’m feeling stronger already. I’m buying this program even if I don’t win this comp. You guys are ace.
First, it will provide me with the necessary strength and energy to achieve my goals in life. I’m really tired of living in this sedentary lifestyle of mine, aiming to be able to live a life where I have always dream of but I feel I lack the energy to sustain my efforts in attaining these goals. I’m tired of only dreaming about my goals, I want live it in reality.
Having the Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss ‘Deluxe Package’ also meant that I do not have to join any expensive gym membership and/or buy any equipments like dumbbell, kettle bell, stability ball, etc. Obviously, this first of all helps me save quite a bit of money. It also help save myself from unnecessary injuries that could result from the inappropriate use of these machines or equipments when no one is around in the gym to supervise or while using it at home.
Next, joining the gym can sometimes be quite stressful and embarassing especially if I’m really out of shape. Getting into the gym itself to do the workout that most online fitness trainers recommend is already tough but to have to deal with all these stares when I’m working out pushes me over the edge and makes me never want to step into the gym again. But Bodyweight Blueprint For Fat Loss will enables me to workout in the comfort of my own home and best of all, no one will be staring and judging me during the exercise !
I am a firm believer of mastery and training with your own weight first before going on to train with weights, however most workout recommended online begins training with their client without considering whether they are beginners, intermediate or advanced and design workout which requires people to buy dumbbells or other workout equipments in addition to their training plan. These online “trainer” clearly shows that they do not care about how to help their clients to lose weight and maintain fit but leverage on their desire to do so to earn a quick buck by earning fees for recommending people to buy these equipments.
Having said that, one of my motivation as to why I’m drawn to the Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss ‘Deluxe Package’ is that I believe that it will help me to look and feel good whether is it in public places or at the beach
. It will help me raise my confidence and start to love myself and not live a life always in envy of others.
Hey guys! I stumbled upon your site almost 2 weeks but prior to that i came across also to a lot of sites too many to mention. I followed every moves of exercises i download just any! Nutrition aside i tried hard to eat healthy foods they claim that i really felt it good. Well i got confused what to follow then perhaps i’m not really that fitness type guy but i will tell you i get hooked w/ nice and perfect bodies as anybody else and now i’m thinking aimlessly where to start. However my weight down by 2 kgs w/o regular workout how much more if i have that regular routine w/ a fitness plan! T he fact that i get slow progress maybe because i am not in focus and not properly motivated so i think probably this is the one i am waiting to get inspired and be mativated!
Well what really motivates me is one man, Bruce Lee. He is the perfect example of strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and movement; to get into a condition to train yourself; mind, body and spirit, working together in symphonic harmony.
I have a good 10 pounds to lose to be in a condition to train myself in some sort of formable shape. Once I am satisfied with how my body looks, feels and reacts, I wish to take up some forms of martial arts to further myself in becoming a better person.
What I require at this point is the final push, the last stride to perfection. I believe that your program has been built exactly for me, and is what I need to finally get the body I’ve always wanted. I have worked hard these past couple of months, and I have reached a sticking point.
If you choose me as a winner, I will prove to you guys, my friends and family and myself that I can be a master of my own body.
Why do i think the body weight blueprint is right for me. I have just turned 53 in the last few days and i have had two health set backs in the last month. One being my blood pressure went sky high, and the doctors could not get it down with medication. The other being my blood sugar also shot up real high, to 660 on their scale and i had to go to the emergency room . It took 6 hours for them to get it down to 270. Needless to say these were live threatening events , that hammered home the fact that i need to lose weight. I am about 65lbs over weight and the majority of the weight is on my upper body on my gut. Which puts me at extra risk for heart disease. I had moved to doing bodyweight exercises in the last few years since lifting weights hurt my joints . When i saw your exercises in an e-mail you sent me about a month ago , i was very excited because i never seen variations on some of the standard bodyweight exercises like yours. I instinctively knew this was the program i needed. I have tried some of the sample exercises on the videos in the e-mails. They feel a little different from standard pushups, situps, etc. but i like them. So to sum this up i am highly motivated to do this program, and would really appreciate winning one of the free copys of the program. sincerely billy m cross
As for what motivates me to get in great shape, it has to mostly be the fact that I am in my forties and I have always been in shape until the last 2 years where I have had to really watch myself. Another motivation is that I have suffered from Fibromyalgia for the last 10 years and thanks to plenty of low impact exercise as well as a great Naturopath I am literally pain free and have no more fatigue since about a year now. It has given me so much motivation. I use to bodybuild and now I want to get in shape and get rid of my belly
It could be the perfect choice for me because at age 70, adding muscle mass is near impossible, so it’s reasonable for me to concentrate on conditioning and fat loss. Perhaps more importantly, I could work out at home, saving both money and time.
My young athletes motivate me! I coach grade school wrestling. I have fought my weight for years. I would like to set a better example for them. The bodyweight blue print for fat loss might be just the thing to get me back on track. I am sure some of the less athletic kids would fall into the same catagory. I do the quad press now and I am amazed! I would love to be able to give the bodyweight blue print for fat loss my best effort! Thanks coach Mike!

I am motivated for fat loss using a method which is most effective in a short time without needing equipment. To see the changing of the body and feel the growing fitness just after a few days of training is important for remaining motivated.
What motivates me?
A very simple question for me – my martial arts.
I do not do martial arts to be fit.
I do fitness to do my martial arts.
Simple I know and perhaps to some simplistic but not in reality.
I intend to do martial arts until I drop. I need a fitness system that will support my training for my entire life. Intu-Flow is the foundation of that longevity.
I need to be loose to excel at my martial arts – Intu-Flow again.
To move well so I not only need the mobility given by the CST material but the foundation fitness of FlowFit and Forward pressure.
And the last ingredient is a personal factor I have struggled with all my life – weight. Just the fat burning program alone Bodyweight Exercise Revolution makes the program a continued part of my training. And I have not even stepped into the other programs yet. I am in fact doing the fat burn BER program again right now.

This past month I learned something.
On Aug. 31 I received a call at midnight that my father was dying and I was urgently needed. When I arrived 18 hours later, I was swept into a whirlwind of serious medical and financial decisions. I needed to be the rock, the clear thinker, and a beacon of hope for the family.
I spent 24 days at my father’s bedside, organizing his home and paperwork, and taking care of my stepmom and siblings, until he eventually stabilized.
During those long hours, I had a chance to reflect on how the choices my father had made about his health for many years were now affecting everyone in the family. Sometimes we may not understand the consequences of our choices for many years! Now I know that I want to get in the best shape I can for the sake of my kids! This is my motivation to get fit, which is the greatest gift I can give them.
As a supporter of CST, I believe that the BBFFL is exactly what I need to become the healthy and fit person that my children deserve!
Hello,
First I will want to excuse my bad english. Than I will like to congratulate You for what You do. I’ve done some sports in my life, but recently i am bored of all conventional training. I’ve discovered Mr Scott Sonnon, and to be honest i think he is a genius in what he does. And besides this, he is a special kind of man. What is his purpose? His purpose was initial his own life, he had to fight for it, for his health and he had done this beautifully. But besides fun, money, I do think his purpose is to help other people with what he thinks it’s important and with what had a great impact on him. From Scott sites i had found You, somehow. Why i like Your training?..Simply, because it looks just like everything good looks like. Somehow simple, not too complicated, at least not in the begining, very efficient, You don’t need an entire gym, You are Your own gym. And besides that Your mind gets better, too. Why a fat-loss program is good?!..From my point of view, not for a flat belly, but because the world needs one. And It needs One simple, efficient. We don’t know how to live anymore, we eat garbage, we don’t do sport, and we suffer from obesity. This brings problems, not only for our body, but also for our mind. Maybe we have to re-learn how to live. Maybe we have to shape our flow first. Why i think Your program is good, i don’t know, i DON’T write to win the free packet, maybe I will buy it. Or maybe i will download it a few months later from some torrent or something. It’s something bad, i know, something that brings some bad feelings to me about it, but in my corner of the world it happens often..(i know You’re not happy about it, but it happens).
The internet is full with promises for “ultimate” “mind, body, training”, but most of them are just comercial garbage, just to fool people. I don’t think this applies to You, that’s why i would like to congratulate You.
Also, congratulations for the free stuff.
But to answer Your question: the final motivation a good life has it’s to help others, to be like a bridge they can walk on their path, not for the entire path, only for the hard-moments when we all think we had lost our road in life..and maybe this way we can find ours..
So, keep up the good stuff, keep it fun and all the best…
Regards,
Dani
I have no overweight but I’m thinking that this is a very very very good program.
The Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss could give me some help for my training sessions. I need some more exercises.
In my trainings club are a lot of over weighted. I do in the regular training sessions some exercises from you, what I saw on your homepage and try to motivate the over weighted people to use your program.
You ask: ‘What motivates me?’.
Well … I became a widow last year. Not looking for a sympathy vote here. But I am left with a daughter who needs me to be around as long as possible now. I want to be there for her as all the little and large acts of her life unfold. I need to get and remain as fit as I can now.
As a single parent I have relatively little time. Also, as a musician I find myself in all kinds of places where training kit is simply not available. what I carry with me is the most useful. This is why I was very pleased to have found this site.
How would Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss help me in my fitness goals?
Well, I woke up one morning, got ready to do my Turbulence Training workouts and I just thought No.
No Dumbbells.
No Stability Ball.
No more.
I spent 3 weeks with my grandparents at their farm, mowing the grass, digging out old trees, and living like people “used to” and I loved it. The sheer thrill of knowing that at the end of each day, I would have worked hard and shredded fat without the aid of a single dumbbell, stability ball or any other kind of fitness equipment filled me with a sense of equillibrium and happiness. In those 3 weeks I got the best body results of my life, results that would have taken 3 fitness programs and numerous workouts later to do back home at our apartment.
I want to see those results again, and feel that sense of wellbeing. I want to wake up in the morning and know that in a few hours time, I will be able to recreate those feelings with nothing but a mat, my body and determination. So what I guess I’m saying is, even though I can’t live the lifestyle of my grandparents yet, I can still make the best of what I’ve got, and do a program that will keep me feeing fantastic until I too, get a chance to live like the “Good Old Days”
How would the program help me?
It would make my struggle with wanting farmyard – fit results in an apartment, a thing of the past, and make my time until I get my own farm, an enjoyable and rewarding expirience.
Sincerly, Alex
Hi Adam and Ryan!
Why? Because bodyweight programs work! I have tried all types of exercises; cardio, weights, walking and even Yoga for past decade.
All I saw was myself getting fatter and fatter and I started to resign myself to the fate that I will forever be a ‘big’ person.
Nothing helped me achieved the weight loss until I started using systematic bodyweight exercise programs.
In five months, I have lost 24lbs using Dax Moy’s Look Great Naked program and Craig Ballantyne’s Bodyweight TT programs.
Success is a great motivator. When you put in the hard work, getting up at 5.30am in the morning and exercising, sometimes even twice a day, and keeping up a healthy diet, you want to see results. That’s what keeps you going.
Having seen the preview videos I feel I am ready and excited to try a fresh and new program such ‘Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss! to boost my fat loss.
I still have 38lbs to lose to by Dec 16. It is my goalto be healthy and the best that I can be and nothing is going to stop me from reaching it. I need a program like this!
Thanks for sharing your programs and all your exercise ideas with your readers. All the best with the new program!
I have struggled to drag myself out of the chaos of bipolar disorder so severe I have been unable to work for over two years. I ordered “Bodyweight Exercise Revolution” last Christmas. The work I was able to do intermittently with that approach helped me start to bring my cycles of mania and depression into a more manageable range AND helped me effortlessly drop 27 pounds.
I still cycle too widely to maintain a job, but my life has become more and more manageable since I added the 4 x 7 ideas outlined in “Bodyweight Exercise Revolution” to my daily living. The more I integrate a healthy, deliberate cycling into my life and reduce the fat baggage that helps drag me down into my depressive phases the more I can return to a contributing role in my family and tribe.
Given the traditional path of bipolar disorder, you may well have saved my life last Christmas. I can only imagine what amazing results I can achieve with the next generation of your work. Whether you select me or not, thank you for changing my life.
Over the years I have dropped nearly 50kgs and still have a little way to go to get to my goal weight and to start a career in personal training. I am starting to become frustrated with the lack of results, which is starting to impact on my training regieme. I believe that Bodyweight exercise is more adaptable and feasable than other workouts. You can do them anywhere and at any time.
First guys thank you so much for the competetion which you give to us your readers to compete and by doing so we are like sharing ideas. So i ll start to say that bodyweight blueprint for fta loss is good and it helps me and others alot and the exercise is super.
The BBFFL helps one to be in good shape and when you put on clothes the look good on you and when you take them off you still look good because the body got the shape that alot of people admire. The BBFFL also helps the body digestion which makes the body to be healthier and well protected from the diseases so i can say that i helps one to be developed because a sick person can not do development here i mean work so its only healthy people who can do the work, and it helps one to have a good sleep because you have the good digestion you sleep well so when one sleep well your motivated to continue doing the BBFFL.
This BBFFL also motivate me in so many ways as it improves my looks you know what am saying? This BBFFL makes one look good in the way that your muscles are well shaped not flabby, its also improves sex life as it make one last long in bed and you can handle you wife/girlfriend well like in the stand up position it require one who is strong enough to do it so when you do BBFFL it will be an easy task.
Protection this BBFFL motivates me and others as if we talk of protection your well protected for you konw that your protected as your alweys fit and strong to protect yourself from the enemies who try to provoke you or like in the situation that your from a walk and its late night and you meet the thugs on your way backhome you can protect yourself from them and if your so strong you can defeate them with no much problems. The BBFFL also helps one to have long life like if you have an accident you can survive the accident because most guys /babes who do exercise much of them do not have the diseases like bloodplesure or heart attack so most victims of accedents mainly die because of this diseases so if your one doing the BBFFL you may survive the accident. When you do BBFFL you nuetralise the fats in the body and by doing so your protected from the BP and heartattack diseases so i can sat that am motivated with BBFFL because of the reasons i give above. Thank you guys for the test.
Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss is the perfect choice right now for my personal fitness and body transformation. It looks so fun! I have a background in yoga….I used to teach and this reminds me of yoga flow—but with a definite edge! Now I teach healthy cooking classes and I want to be an inspiration to my students. I’m a tad bit fluffy (about 20 extra lbs worth) and in order to lead people to health, I want and need to look the part. Thanks for creating such an exciting way to get in shape—I can’t wait to get started.
I am a stay at home mum. I have limited time money and equipment with which to workout with. Your program BBFFL sounds like it could be just the program that I need to lose my “baby belly”. I need a program which is fun, quick , doable and that I can do whilst watching my kids and that is fun for them as they always try and imitate the moves.
I am motivated by;
a desire to live a long and healthy life
setting an example for my children of a healthy lifestyle with good food and regular exercise,
setting goals and achieving them
proving that nothing is impossible
to prove that I am a strong, confident and sexy woman both inside and out.
I am excited about challenging my body and mind through your revolutionary bodyweight exercises whereby I can achieve the results I am looking for and the satisfaction of knowing that I was able to do so using my own bodyweight and not relying on expensive gym membership, supplments that don’t work and having fun in the process.
I am working out , and have been for about six months now. I am not writing this for me. But for my wife. She has gotten depress over her weight the last couple of years. So it is hard for her to go and work out in front of other people. She also has several aliments that she suffers from. She has lost all motivation to start any program. So she gets more depress and on. So this program would be ideal for her. She likes to yoga, but does not like ti lift weights or machines. She was once real active, still is to a point.
The reason is I have eaten lots of unhealthy and fatty food in my life. Now when I become fat,I wanted to go back into my lean body,it’s already too late, crying is useless for me now,I must take action. Now,I want to start on training for my FAT LOSS but I just do not know exactly where to start from. These few days I realised your emails, tips, videos and encouragement words had really enlightened me to start training now but I just need a training plan, just like your bodyweight fat loss blueprint. Im believe in Ryan and Adam who can transform my fat body back into a lean body! They might be my only hope now or else I really do not know what to do.I was motivated by Ryan and Adam, not only by their talk and what they contribute to give me educating videos and the public too.I had learnt a lot from them and this is what that convince me and gets me motivated! I had been wanting to put in all my pure hard work to train just on your program.Although I’m not really good in my words, but all these comes out from my true heart,I had really been wanting this.I can only wish for the best…
God bless Ryan and Adam
The Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss would be ideal for me! On 3 Jan 2009, I committed to improve my health after being overweight/obese for 20 years. I have lost 84 pounds to date! Although, I still have about 30 – 40 lbs to go, losing this 85 pounds and incorporating exercise has been life-changing for me. About 2 1/2 months ago, I started incorporating weights and yoga into my life. Again, what a change it has made — increased strength, flexibility, and loss in inches! Because of work schedule, sometimes I am only able to get to the gym on the weekends. What attracted me to your program is the ability to continue my workouts without going to a gym — and without any special equipment — meaning I could do these exercises just about anytime! NO EXCUSES! I see your program as being integral to continuing my quest to improve my health.
I am working out , and have been for about six months now.
Im a 51 year old who was in the worst shape of my life my blood pressure was stroke high and I was lethargic and thats putting it in a nice way my bloodpressure is down and body fat is down Im not saying Ive arrived my waistline still has too much fat what motivates me besides the obvious health benefits the challenge of the exercises themselves the emphesis on movement instead of puffed muscle and and how much a person can bench I enjoy a challenge some of the exercises I could not do at first but as I kept on I learned to do them and when that happens I know Ive accomplished something good I like a program that works and thinks out of the box I like being able to jump and not feeling Im going to tear or spraine something
I am writing this in a state of hope and frustration. Yesterday, I had decided to invest in a program after asking John Sifferman, who had done everything from Scott Sonnon’s flowfit to bodyflow to you guys BER. He recommended all of the above, with the emphasis on the BER, or the upcoming blueprint for fat loss. He said you guys’ programs were best if you wanted to keep it fun and not get bored with it. I had made up my mind to order the blueprint program, so I asked my husband about it last night. He completely let the wind out of my sails by saying that it wouldn’t work, and it was all just hype and I would stop doing it after a few days anyway, blah, blah, blah. He said even if it did work, all that stuff was available for free on the internet any way. Well, I am inclined to disagree with him on several points. First of all, I have read too many good reviews to think that people aren’t satisfied. and all the reviews are not by people who would profit by giving them. Secondly, we have dial up, so even when I have been able to find bits and pieces of your methods, it has taken soooo long to download, that I simply don’t have the time or ability to search all this stuff out myself. As far as me not doing the program, I do not think this is true. I have gotten to the point where I am determined to lose weight , and not only that, get some energy back. I have committed to changing my diet, and am already eating alot better than I have in the past (no whites, cutting way back on sugars, eating brown rice and even making homemade wholewheat bread from freshground wheat, lots of fruits and even veggies, which I always hated.) I am 47 years old, and HATE to exercise. Yes, I could find something else to do, but I would rather have something I AM going to stick with. I know there are no guarantees,(as far as me actually sticking with it), but I feel like with this program, at least I am giving myself a head start. From what I have seen and read, it seems like the perfect program for me. I am about 30 lbs. overweight, sedentary, and low on energy. I do not have any major health problems, but do not get enough activity with a desk job. I want to be able to do more with my family, but cannot get motivated to do slow, boring cardio. I would love to get this program for free, but if I do not, I will hopefully be able to save money from birthday or CHristmas, and get it in the future.
I have been regularly active most of my life, but up until about 6 months ago I was very bored with my workouts and had been missing a lot. Even when I regularly worked out I was quite overweight, and put on a few more pounds last winter when I was so bored and started skipping workouts regularly. Since last spring I have lost 30 lbs and many, many inches. The change for me was bootcamps, the variety, not in a gym and working out in a group and not alone. I just love the atmosphere and have a lot of fun while working really hard. I am interested in this program because I want to keep enjoying working out. Over the winter months we cannot continue to do outdoor bootcamps and I don’t want to get stagnant in my workouts. I am on a very tight budget and cannot afford a gym membership or equipment let alone a personal trainer to keep my workouts changing and challenging. I would like to lose another 50 lbs or so, so I need the motivation and the knowledge to keep doing what works. The biggest motivation I have had in the past 6 months is the loss of pounds and inches, thats what keeps me going, but I also need to keep enjoying what I’m doing and keep trying new things. I feel really pround of my accomplishments and the way I feel, my energy level. I ran 3K last week and am aiming for a 5k event in 3 weeks. I have a lot more endurance, and am definitely alot stronger than I was, but I really want to burn off the rest of the fat so I can see the muscles I ahve worked so hard on.
3 reasons why BBFL would be the perfect choice for my personal fitness and body transformation:
1.I have a daughter of 13 months and love playing with her. It’s easy right now because she doesn’t move too fast, but as she gets older, I want to be able to keep up with her. Also, I want to set a positive example for her (and my wife). I have been overweight my entire life (even though recently I have lost close to 40 pounds!), and I don’t want her to have to go through that.
2.Since I love spending time with my wife and daughter, I don’t want to waste my time or money at a gym. I’d rather spend as much time with my wife and daughter.
3.For as long as I can remember, I have had shoulder issues. I have seen ART and physical therapists, and doctors who specialize in this area, and none have been able to help me (without invasive procedures). The one thing I know that is wrong with my right shoulder is that I have atrophied muscles, and I can’t target the muscles to make them stronger because I overcompensate with my traps and delts. After studying your site, I feel that your products would help me be able to strengthen those atrophied muscles. (If you would like pictures, I could send you some of what my right shoulder looks like, it’s really weird looking)
Those are my 3 reasons why BBFL would be the perfect choice for me.
I am 40 years old, and I live in Hungary. For the last 15 years I have been living wit permanent lower back pain due to slipped discs. I grew up playing basketball, but as during and after university it was practically impossible to include a team game in my days, I stopped, and I put on some weight immediately. When my back problem was diagnosed I was told to watch my weight and start excercising, so I went straight to the local gym – this was 8 years ago. I love working out in general, and I can sorto of control my weight, but I could never loose those last 5-6 kgs. I also notice that weight training puts a heavy burden on my back. I do some Pilates to find a balance. As physical fitness and the lowest possible weight affect directly the quality of my life I search new ways of exercise all the time. What you guys do is amazingly elegant on the one hand, and from what you tell it has exactly the effects what I would welcome on the other.
I am a very busy dad of two and am always looking for new ways of getting my workouts in without lossing the family time. As much as I would like to say that I am writing this for me I am actually writting this for my wife. She is a beautiful person who has given me 2 amazing daughters. Our second was born only 2 months ago. A few days ago we tried out you free FUN-damentals program and my wife loved it. It was the first time that she felt she actually worked out since she got pregant. It is not very often that she finds something that she feels she can stick to and I know that this program would help her feel beter about herself. Being able to do everything at home and not have to worry about who was taking care of the kids would enabel my wife and I to start working out toegether again in to the comfort of our own home. This would give us time to reconnect and allow my wife to get the excersie that she wants to do. About two years ago my wife and I made a lot of good changes in our lives and got our weight under control and have kept it under control. This progam would allow us to keep up our new ways while gaining the freedom of being able to excerise when it is conveint for us. Helping my wife obtain her fitness goals would bring me a great deal of happiness and would help bring us ever closer together.
I have to make a confession, I hate gyms. I should love them because I am a massage therapist, gyms supply me with endless clients. I spend my all day helping people with aches and pains, injuries related to body imbalances, overused muscles, etc. The last few decades I read a lot about physical exercises /more then I actually did/, I always admired body weight training, like zurkaneh, joga, chi kung. Next July I will have my 50 birthday, gravity, laziness, “hard life” left their marks on me. I decided I want to feel and look my best for my birthday. I was searching for a program when I did find BBFFL I realised there are no more excuses, the science behind it, the easy to follow presentation makes it perfect for anybody. I want to show myself and my clients even after 50 we can have it all, strenght, speed, flexibility, good balance and a sexy look.
Thanks for your great work! Susan
Do you know how it feels the love your job, but because of this love, you don’t have the time to play and train as you used to? Do you know how it feels to love your wife and the time you spend together, but somehow this limits the time to workout? Do you know the incredible love you feel when your firstborn son arrives in this world, and everything goes so fast you don’t even think of exercising? And you can probably guess what happens when your second son gets born?
All great, fun and happy times, but why do I feel my physical fitness going down? Why, if I show an exercise to a patient, am I breathing so hard? Of course, because I don’t train enough. But why can’t a day be 27 hours? That would be nice.
And then you rediscover something as simple as bodywheight exercises, something you use on a daily basis with your patients, but this time, with a little twist. Now that sounds interesting. Simple but effective exercises. Cheap and priceless at the same time
And they are easy to integrate with all the things I love…
‘Cheer’s to all that have come this far’ for we are many but we are counted as few.We are an elite group of indivisuals always seeking the next level of fitness, not only for ourselves but for our loved one’s as well. What we want is to grow old and take what ever measures we need to and accomplish our life’s journey to enjoy the company of our spouse and/or children, grandchildren or whom ever we seek to stay in fit for. With that being said;I am going to turn 44 in oct.12 I am a husband of 9yrs. and have been with my wife for 12yrs.I am a father of five children and I love them dearly. The first thought that came to mind when I first saw and read BBFFL and the material online, was this has got to be somekind of a joke. Then I tried some of the 12minute stage crazy and flow like a jedi moves ,well believe me I was not laughing, I was a little bit upset that I was having a hard time doing some of the moves and being that I am not a quitter I have become what my wife calls limber; she too is now trying it out but that did not stop I also got my kids doing it too and all together we have beat down over 27lbs.in just over two weeks.Even if I don’t win I will continue to be a positive and motivating factor in my family’s life, besides with the information that you continue to send me I intend to be around for quite some time ‘FOR EVER GRATEFUL’ ….Lou
I guess for me, being a 43 year old man who at the age of 19 was told by his doctor that if he didn’t lose some of the 300 plus pounds that he was heading for either diabetes or even worse a heart attack. At the time there was fat begining to form around my heart. I started going to a track near where I lived and changing my eating habits and before long I had lost at least 30 pounds and I couldn’t wait to do more to see how far I could get. For ms it’s all about learning something new to help better myself. I’ve trained with weights , I’ve done yoga and pilates and exercise really excites me because I always get the opportunity to push myself further. Just knowing that I’m going to do something for me that will help better me physically as well as mentally helps to get me motivated as well as keep me motivated is really awesome.
Having been a back pain sufferer for many years I have tried everything short of an operation to help fix the problem. I have found that by keeping active and controlling my weight I can help manage the problem. Bodyweight training allows me to keep my body in shape, and the muscles strong and mobile, without the pressure that weight training puts on my back. These elements together with the fat loss component are of huge benefit to a back pain sufferer like myself or any other person just trying to keep in shape.
I am an ex college athlete that has found it hard to stay motivated to exercise as much as I did when playing sports. I recently realized two things. Due to years of completing the same basics exercises that our training coaches thought were the best things ever again and again I am now completely unmotivated to work out any more and I have developed chronic muscle tightness and joint pain.
For my own health and sanity, I need to break the mold of unilateral exercises. I no longer care to spend time getting tired on the bench press or squat rack just to see it not correlate to true fitness or effectiveness in my everyday life. Over the past month, I have been working with the FUN-damentals basics and have already seen an increase in the range of motion in my joints and a reduction in my chronic muscle pain. I know I have been exercising for years in a way that I know see as unnecessary and improper. I would love to see just what could happen and how much better/pain free my life could be by diving into the full Bodyweight Blueprint.
I am 54 years of age, I have been training most of my life. At the age of about 40 I started putting on weight and have had a difficult time getting it off and keeping it off, even though my diet is sound 80-85% of the time. Yes, I do get stronger, yes, I do get more muscular, but yet, I do get less funtional and am constantly in some sort of minor ache or pain. I have tried almost every program imaginable, at the result of pain, aches, injuries, and even though some success not the success that I am looking for. I have felt for some time that bodyweight training is the way to go, but countless pushups, dips, and pull ups just are not my cup of tea. I just do not want to do them. I am tired of training 5-6 days a week, and not seeing the results I am looking for. I no longer enjoy lifting weights. when I get home I just want to rest because I am physically tired from my weight training. My body is rebelling against years of abuse with heavy weights. At times I cant even do the things I enjoy for fun, the reason I train to begin with, because I either need to recover from training, or have some ache that prevents me from doing it at that particular time. By the way, my wife has enjoyed my training less for the past three weekds since I started this program, I know have energy to help her around the house in the evening. and am not falling asleep on the couch at 9 pm. And if mama is happy, well, you know the rest. She is even asking me to teach it to her, and I have always wanted us to work out together. I workout not only for the physical benefit but to releive stress, it just seems that my past training efforts some where along the line started to create stress rather than relieve it.
This just seems like the perfect program to fit my life. I’ve always been an active person and was used to spending hours in the gym to keep my weight in check. I’ve had over use injuries to my knee and while the previous gym workouts allowed me to become quite strong, I’ve always struggled to take off and keep off that last 10-15 lbs.
Currently I have given up my gym membership – for both financial and time restraint reasons. While continuing to work full time I have also decided to pursue my Masters Degree and have found that time is scarce – no more two hour workout sessions or expensive gym membership. So far I have been able to keep my weight from skyrocketing out of control by watching what I’m eating and walking when I can but I’ve noticed that I’ve lost much of my strength and definition.
Your program would allow me to exercise in an effective way at home without taking big chunks of time out of my schedule and causing me even more stress. I enjoy exercising, it shouldn’t feel stressful!
My motivation is understanding the following. Just as I need to eat and sleep every day, so must I move my body. The human part of me also understands I can and will make an excuse for anything if I allow myself to.
BWBFFL would be perfect for me because it would help cement my understanding in action by helping to eliminate the limiting factor of excuse. An early day for me with commute is 11 hrs. Two days a week when I work a second job that day is extended to 15 hrs. Needless to say, some days I do not feel like going to the gym and extending my time away from home any more (excuse inserted). Enter BWBFFL (excuse eliminated).
I have been recently been exposed to your material over the past week and it has ignited an excitement within me that this could be it for me. The structure, direction, theory and practice of the material you have graced us with makes sense to me internally which is why I know it to be the perfect choice right now for my fitness and body transformation. Thank you for the opportunity.
Keep it Movin’

I am 54 years old and work in a manufacturing plant. I have three children in there early 20′s . My daughter is expecting her first child in January.
Most of my co- workers are moderate to extremly obese. I have had many of them retire and die shortly after or not even make it to retirement. Many others have diabetes. My motivation to be healthy is watching my co-workers destroying their lives buy not eating healthy or excercising. I refuse to except the same fate as them.
The biggest joy in life is to watch your grand children grow up , and to be able to go out side and play with them ,not watch them from a wheel chair as was the case with my mother . Every day is a blessing to wake up feeling healthy and alive.
Wow, a big question!
Gyms can sometimes be very frustrating places, even without the regular travelling which can sometimes preclude access to them – and it is not easy to travel by air with dumbbells or kettlebells in the luggage! The structured use of bodyweight therefore has an immediate appeal.
Not all bought programs have inbuilt progression nor implementation guides and videos – hence other areas of appeal for this program. Tthe laptop is easier to access than often a gym, and not all instructors are capable, or willing to advise an “itinerant” visitor.
The final areas of appeal are the two components of nutrition and recovery – so rarely found in programs sold on the internet or at gyms, and usually a costly extra from a personal trainer. The Bodyweight Blueprint has got me hooked already – well done Adam and Ryan!
The best motivator: RESULTS !!!
The quicker the beter, but steady RESULTS are always best.
Many people come to me with many issues, too many to list.
The one common thread running through all issues would be a way to lose weight doing an activity that anyone can do at any age or size with relatively small amount of pain using your own body weight.
Eliminate the need for equipment or the need to go anywhere to train.
No EXCUSES just RESULTS.
At 43, I’m in the best shape since my college days. I am no longer overweight after shedding 50 pounds over the last two years by following the leptin diet and doing interval and bodyweight exercises at home with minimal equipment (resistance bands, door frame pull-up bar, stability ball, bodyweight exercises).
What strongly motivated me initially to lose weight was the warning from my doctor that I was on the path to diabetes if I did not exercise and lose weight. I strongly followed his advice. My new body transformation, increased energy and fitness levels provided additional motivation to continue.
So why do I feel that Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss is just what I need at this time?
1) My exercise routine was randomly put together by myself. I need expert advice to follow a structured routine for increased effectiveness in developing a well-rounded physically fit body. I am no longer overweight but I am far from being physically fit and want to rid myself of the stubborn subcutaneous fat around the midsection. I am skinny but still have fat — skinny fat.
2) I only perform a few exercises that are becoming increasingly boring and find myself exercising less often. I am in need of variety to keep me engaged. Of all the bodyweight exercise programs online, your exercises are incredibly innovative, fun, and exciting! Who can not want to try them after watching the video?
3) I desire sleek muscularity and using just bodyweight exercises is very appealing to me. I hate gyms, never joined one, and always wanted to exercise in privacy without fancy equipment.
Your product is just what I need to take my fitness to the next level!
I’m ashamed to say that, over the years, I have let myself go. I’ve blamed it on hypothyroidism, but the truth is I know it’s possible to be slimmer, fitter and more healthy than I currently am, even if it takes me a little bit longer.
Your program promises, “Sexy. Lean. Youthful. Vigorous. Energetic. In three months”. Now that is motivation to me! I want to be all of these things and your BFFL seems the perfect vehicle to get there. I am stuck in the rut of visits to the gym using weight machines and endless hours of cardio that seem to get me nowhere. I am fascinated by the uniqueness of the exercises and can’t wait to give them a try. It looks like BFFL can give me everything I need to achieve the body of my dreams in my own home. How exciting is that?!
I also suspect that BFFL would help my with my aching back that has plagued me for decades. this overweight woman in her forties would absolutely love to try your exciting new progam and I thank you for the opportunity!
Sincerely,
Petra
My sole motivation is life it’s self. My children are my main motivation to begin a life changing journey to be healthy and achieve a longer life span. I am a 25 year old single mother that has struggled with weight problems most of my life. I live in North Carolina (USA). I would not consider myself week, by no means. I have achieved great thing within the past couple of months and am striving to make changes to my life. I have been through basic training to be a volunteer fire fighter/ EMT-B and need to be in my best shape mot only for my children, but for my community as well.
At 240 lb, I decided to take a step towards being healthy. I hired a personal trainer and dropped 20 lb in 3 weeks through an extreme army style workout program. I gain great strength through the program. I have since lost 5 additional pounds on my own, but the results have come slow. I work a full time job, and am a full time mother of three, so hitting the gym is really not an option for me. I run 1 mile every other day, do weight training, interval training, and Plyometrics on my own at home, and hit the elliptical once or twice a week. I have no health problem at the time, other than being in the category of obese, but I must change my life to prevent health problem in the future. I have not only incorporated exercise into my routine, but have changed eating habits and am more mentally aware of the consequences that my past lifestyle would bring.
I believe that the Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss program will give me a perfect program that I can do at my own convenience, in the privacy of my home. I could add this to my routine and since it takes less time to achieve the workout, it will not interfere with my busy schedule. It does not require equipment, which is the best thing and ultimately, the program would help me achieve my goals with a new technique that I am egger to try. This program would give my body, the shock it needs to burn the fat that layers over the muscle that I have achieved to build through hard work. I believe that this program is for me. I am honored to have a chance to receive it for free.
BBFFL would be absolutely ideal for me in my current circumstance. I’m an avid road bike cyclist and was hit by a car (driver was cited) one year ago and am still recovering. I have been unable to use my gym membership as I have been unable to lift weights due to shoulder injury/surgery. I believe your workout would fit me like a glove and address all my issues, allowing to build lean muscle mass without compromising my body. It would be an absolute gift from g-d and a privilige if you’d consider me in your gifting. Thank you for your consideration.
Why would this program be perfect for me? As a 41-year old Mom of three daughters I try to set an example in all that I do. That includes the way I eat and the way I exercise. It’s important to me to show my girls, my husband and the rest of my family that I take my health seriously, because it affects everything else I do in my life. I make exercising a priority because, in the end, it makes me a better Mom.
I love the idea of doing body weight exercises because you can do them anytime, anywhere, with nothing else besides a willing attitude. While I enjoy working out with weights and resistance bands, a program of body weight exercises can allow and challenge my whole family to exercise with me without having to worrying about equipment. I’ve long said strength comes from within and I believe that this program could strengthen me and my family in many ways.
I have been active all my life and after 47 years I still find myself reading everything about fitness and nutrition that I can get my hands on. I’m looking for the answer, for what works for me but that hasn’t been an easy thing to find. There sure is a lot of information to dig throught out there. It’s hard to know what to believe and I think you have to be careful at what you try. I like to think that you are what you eat and in terms of fitness what you get out of your body is what you put into. I figure if there is a pill well there would be a lot more lean and fit people out there wouldn’t there.
So what first caught my attention about your program is that your nutrition makes sense, it’s whole foods without a lot of junk. And your workout routines require little time and little if no equipment. It’s all about the quality of your workout that counts. It’s all very affordable and easy to work with. I gave your turbulance training program a try for two weeks.
I was working out about 5 times a week and really watchong what I eat. I understand that fitness and nutrition needs to be a part of my lifestyle. I must admit though, that eventhough I know this stuff I have been trying for 6 years now to go down a jean size. It just seems that my body refuses to go that extra step. So let me tell how excited I am. I have switched from my regular classes of spinning and weights to your body weight training and intervals. I ditched the coffea for green tea and am eating “au natural”. You know what in the last two weeks I actually lost 3 lbs! I know like that doesn’t sound like much but to me it’s 3lbs that I have never seen come off. So after the first few pounds, I’m am so very excited and I can’t wait to see what results I will have over the next few weeks.
My biggest motivation is that I want to see my abs. I know they are hiding under that layer a flab just waiting to pop out. I can live with a few more wrinkles and grey hairs I earned them but I also earned my body. I want to see more results, I want to be able to look at myself and see the fruits of my labour. It would be a bonus if I could dig into the bodyweight blue print program. Thanks for getting me on the right path.
“Why would Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss be the perfect choice right now for your personal fitness and body transformation.”
I work as a soil consultant helping people grow nutrient dense produce. This is the coming market standard for fresh produce. While I preach nutrition and help people grow it my job is sedentary and my body looks it. I need this program to line my body up with the message I preach. Since I will be teaching a two-day course helping market gardeners in December I need this program starting right now.
I am buying and will be on the program Wednesday evening after work.
-Jon
It would be perfect for me because:
-I rather sleep 20 more minutes than getting up earlier, driving to the gym, finding that the machine I want to use is taken by a sweaty guy, and listening to all the self-proclaimed fitness experts telling me that I’m doing the exercise wrong! “try it like this instead…” and I would get to spend the monthly fee on something else =)
-I rather be flexible, lean and functional than big, stiff and unable to scratch my back.
-I rather increase the complexity of my movements than the weight I can bench press to show off with my buddies (ok… I would show off with my super-incredible bodyweight movements also, but is cooler than the bench press thing right?)
-I rather have a proven plan made in advance for me by experts than listening to all the confusing and many times contradicting ideas in the fitness world.
-I rather be sexy for my girl than being …”mmm you look ok like this”
I want to be fit, strong, lean, functional and full of energy!
I am a 57 year old woman and have spent most of my adult life training myself and others. About a year ago, I was diagonosed with fibro, posterior tibulus tendon dysfunction and artheritis. I now wear braces in both my ankles and am otherwise really healthy. The reason I need this program is because I still own a gym and train other people but have noticed a drastic decrease in my own strength. Sometimes, even 10 lbs. is a challenge. My mind still wants to train heavy and do what I used to do, but there is seldom the energy or strength to do it. I am looking for a program that would still keep me in good shape, perhaps give me some relief and improve my range of motion. Please consider me for your give away.
Warm regards, Bev
I’ll try to keep this very brief. In February of this year I had to have a liver transplant due to an undiagnosed inherited condition which caused liver cancer and damaged my pancreas, resulting in my becoming an insulin dependent diabetic. I’ve been an active walker since then and prior to my health issues I was involved in resistance training with free weights. I am now medically cleared to begin resistance training again and all of my physicians basically demand it in order for me to get the most out of life and control my diabetes. Rather then get caught up in free weight training once again, I’m looking at something different to help in losing the excess weight caused by medications and I’ve decided on time efficient bodyweight exercises and later clubbells. My motivation, since I have a second chance in life, is to make the most of my gift and live as long as possible. That alone has provided focus and determination.
Thank you for this opportunity, Bob
I’ve always been a fan of bodyweght exercises and believe that enlisting the whole body is the way to go. I’ve “dabbled” with Circular Strength Training and was making progress when I injured my shoulders. (Not from the exercises, from grappling) After three surgeries, I’m getting myself back into shape. I’m still active in Martial Arts (Bujinkan) and am a Defensive Tactics Instructor for a large Sheriff’s Dept. Why would this program be perfect for me? The exercises are proving to be exactly what my body needs to recover. I’m on the road a lot and I can do the exercises in the hotel room when I get up. At 53, I’m still training with the young guys and need strength and flexability to keep up. I need to lose the poundage I aquired during my convalescence. Most of all I need to be fit enough to be there for my family for a long time to come.

Hi Guys,
There are a few reason why I believe that the Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss be the perfect choice right now for my personal fitness and body transformation.
1) I watched the video on 4 x 7 the other day, and I was particularly interested int the part about gaining power by either adding more strength or by removing a resisiting force. Because, as long as I can remember I’ve had very poor flexibility and, in particular, extreme tightness in my hips. I feel that if I could remove this tightness I could really improve my performance in all of the sports I play.
2) For the last 5 years I’ve had back problems, a disc protrusion to be exact, that at times, restricts my ability to work out. When my back is ‘out of wack’ the exercises that have helped speed up my recovery are the body bridges, planks and certain yoga positions (downward dog and cobra). As well, when my back is sore the last thing I want to do is load my spine with extra weight while exercising.
3) My fiance currently lives in a different city than me, and I try and visit her whenever possible(1 week per month). When visiting, logistical reasons prevent me from being able to access a gym but I could do bodyweight exercises in her apartment.
4)Finally, I tried the fundamentals and really enjoyed the workout and it really made want to try more bodyweight exercises.

“Why would Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss be the perfect choice right now for your personal fitness and body transformation.”
What motivates me? There are some days that I am not really 100% sure what motivates me. There is something that needs to be done so I just do it. I believe this is the result of forming good habits more than anything else.
It may be a negative energy that motivates me (Do well at work or you lose your job!). A negative energy will only motivate me to do the minimum to prevent the negative energy from happening. It is still motivation by definition but not something that you can reflect upon with any sense of joy or accomplishment.
As someone who is human, a constant motivating factor for me is to see immediate physical signs of results. It’s kind of like when you are a kid who has just bought a new pair of sneakers and declares “Look Mom! I can run faster with these shoes!” It could be to feel a little more stress on my muscles or feeling the endorphins rush a little sooner.
Lastly, the strongest motivating factor is noticing that because I have formed and executed a good habit, I see those physical results. It might be a better time recorded on a 200 meter dash or a noticeable size increase of muscle mass. The achievement of an accomplished specific goal is a great motivator for me.
I have found working out at home to be my preferred method. Going to the gym brings up my primary issue in working out at home as being diagnosed with chronic leukemia and lymphoma, I would rather avoid the potential health risks involved with gym settings expecially in the winter seasons. My immune system is vital and any risks that I can avoid in my workouts are important. No reason to go to the gym to exercise and boost my overall health and immune system only to have to follow someone who is exercising with a cold/virus in hopes of “sweating it out” of their system. No thanks… I would rather do more push ups than get on any equipment. Your system of workouts fit my needs exactly and look forward to the challenge.
My best to you on your release of the product.
Dear Coaches,
My name is Moises, and I’ve had weight issues for most of my life. My back and knees hurt, people avoided to seat by my side on buses, and three months ago I watched a film about me and some of my self defense students and mates, and while all of them moved like fierce eagles, I seemed an old and tired bear.
I decided to lose weight, but spent the next two months moving from one thing to another: kettlebells, bodyweight, fasting, warrior diet, but nothing seemed to work. Then, on July 1st, I began Dax Moy’s Elimination Diet, and tried the 4×7 Protocol after reading your posts. Eating healthy and training every day were no longer a struggle, and after two months I’ve lost 30 pounds, and keep gaining on health and strength, but my journey have just begun; I want to lose another 60 pounds.
Last week, I tried Ryan’s “Stage Crazy” and knew by heart your methods will help me achieve the physical transformation that I’m looking for. Anyway, if I don’t win a copy of the “Blueprint” I’d like to thank you guys so much for all of your help.
Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss would be the perfect choice because it encompasses all aspects of a healthy lifestyle – including both fitness and nutrition – while also being accessible to the time crunched home gym user. I am motivated by my family. With 3 boys all under the age of 4, I undoubtedly have my hands full. I am their playmate, their playground, and their role model all in one, and being overweight and out of shape doesn’t set a good example. Running out of breath while playing football or aching while carrying them up the stairs is both demoralizing to me and short changing them at the same time. BBFL is perfect for me because the functional strength it provides is ideal for these sorts of everyday activities, and the fact that I can do it at home allows me to throw the “no time” excuse out the door! How nice it would be to be able to jump on the trampoline or wrestle with the boys without keeling over and wheezing! I am motivated to get into better shape for my family, to serve as a good role model to my boys, and to show them that fitness and nutrition should be an integral part of their life, and your plan seems to be the perfect choice. Thanks!
To understand why this would be a perfect choice for me you have to understand what motivates me. And that is the ladies…wait before you think that I am a chauvinist pig…the ladies that I am referring to are my wonderful daughters, my wife, my mom and my sister.
My sister – Never lifts weights. She is however toned and super fit. She just completed a bike ride from the southern tip of England to Northern Scotland.
My mom – She is sixty five years young and is in better shape now than I am. For vacations she and my father ride bikes through the same mountain passes as the Tour de France.
My wife – Her favorite Beatles song is “When I am Sixty Four.” I want to play that for her on her birthday in 30 years.
My daughters – Are my life. I live and work for them. I want to live long enough to be see them enjoy their lives and maybe even long enough to be a grandfather (Hopefully this will be a long time from now since they are 5 and 8.)
I do not have a gym membership. I do not really like gyms. I want to be in great shape but I do not want to do it standing in front of folks I do not know. I want to do it at home with my wife. I want my daughters to see me making fitness an important part of my life.
I have been working out since I was in my teens. I am now in my 50′s and I am always looking for new ideas for challenging myself. I have seen & tried lots of things that were stupid because someone said it would work. I really like working out and hope I am smarter as to how I go about it. I love the feeling I get when I am finished. My own sense of accomplishment and the endorphon buzz. I personally can’t justify the money it takes to use cosmetic surgery so I continue to look for new, safe exercises. Thanks for the chance to win your program.
Sometimes new approaches to something are challenging not only for the users but expecially for those who find the new way.
It’s important that many people join the new way, with enthusiasm and support for those who light the way.
I really appreciate your work and Scott Sonnon’s too.
I’ll surely buy your BBBTFFL, this one just to share the enthusiasm and appreciation for your efforts. Thanks
I used to be part of a swim team back home, and never really had any problems with weight gain, but since i quit swimming some years back and started college, ive been gaining a little too much weight, and that has reflected on my overall attitude with other people. changing from a funny, whitty guy to a more quiet and low sense of humour kinda guy.
i have however worked on loosing fat, using many different methods, some working better than others. but what i love about the BBFFL is that, not only will i be loosing Fat, but i will also be gaining functional strength, and all that without needing to purchase any equipment, or join any gym (keeping my low budget as a student in mind).
so basically this program suits me since it includes FAT LOSS, STRENGTH GAIN, and REQUIRES LOW BUDGET
Why would Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss be the perfect choice right now for your personal fitness and body transformation.”
The BBFFL would be the perfect choice for me because it addresses working your body on all the different planes. Just doing the free bodyweight workouts you gave given away have made me enthusiastic about movement again and more importantly makes me realize that I don’t have to live the way I do currently–that with a plan I can achieve my goals. As a person with nagging injuries and muscle imbalances I need to be working my body this way. I also have a mother who is confined to a wheelchair who tells me how much she misses the simple pleasure of walking–I know if I don’t address my imbalance and weight issues that I am heading in that direction so she is also a reminder of what my life might be if I avoid movement. And lastly a free copy may be my only way to get this system since the intro price is kind of steep at this time for me.
Thanks for the opportunity guys I really love your workouts and philosophy:)

Hi. I work from home, telecommuting and doing financial analyst work. This is not the kind of work I went to school to do. I’d prefer to be working in the health care field, helping people attain their fullest potential, both physically and mentally. As it is, I have been leading a fairly sedentary lifestyle. I am overweight by about 50 pounds and far too many inches. You know the saying, “doctors make the worst patients”? Well, I embody that saying. I know that I need to move more, stress less. I know that my body is not presently healthy and I’m working on changing it but the inertia is a killer. If I had a system where I could work out, in my house, on a break from work, without needing equipment, I know I could and would make changes to my physical self and, in doing so, I can change my life. In changing my life, I know I can change the lives of others and help heal the world, one person at a time.
I’m a 38 year old mother of five and full time teacher to the gangters, thugs, stoners and knuckleheads in one of the largest school districts in the nation. I am tired. I am out of shape. I am tired of being out of shape. I am motivated to change.
Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss is the perfect choice right now for my fitness and body transformation because I have nothing to lose except about 50 pounds of unwanted fat. I am ready to work out in my house with or without my husband, at my school with or without my students, in the park with or without my kids. I am ready to be energized and in shape.
What motivates me? I want to show my kids and my students that I can do this. I no longer want to be the old, fat teacher. I want to be the vibrant, beautiful, mother and mentor I know is hidden underneath my unwanted weight.
Help me get some “street cred” by getting rid of this fat!
Hi, I’m 45 years old and have been exercising since I got my first set
of sears plastic weights when I was seven. My motivation even at that
early age was to build a better physique and to be healthier and stronger. About nine years ago after a couple of knee surgeries and
a back injury that put me down for several months my motivation changed from building my physique and getting stronger to health and
mobility. I see a lot of people around me my age and older that are in
terrible shape and I want to be as healthy, abel to move gracefully, play
like a kid and maintain a good physique for as long as can. I’m fighting like hell to acomplish that. Why do I feel that the the Bodyweight Blueprint For Fat Loss is right for me? I think it would be a great way for me to continue my fight with time to stay healthy, mobile, lean and
muscular. Thanks Adam and Ryan for helping us all get as reach our goals.
Hi Guys
I am 45 years of age and now starting a new career as a fitness trainer. my journey started 4 years ago when I was 15 kg overweight and not enjoying life. I now train hard and looking for forge a career in the fitness industry in Austraila. What motivate me is 2 things
1 – The passion I have for this industry and the need I have to make other people feel good about themselves. Everthing requires work and you need to stay focused on the goal. I see using your techniques with my clients would be exciting and fun and to see their self esteem improve and they lose weight is my motivation.
2- Secondly and this has only happened this week. My 15 year old son can back from a tough school camp where they have to live outdoors for 6 days, hike up mountains and cook their own food. On his return and at dinner on Sunday night we reflected on the week with him. He wrote a note every member of the family and what he wrote about me was ” I admire my Dad because he never gives up. When walking up the mountain I was very tired by I thought of my Dad and what would he do. He would not give up, he would push on to the end. He is my hero”. Now more than ever to be continue to be a role model for my 15 year old is now my biggest motivation.

I am a pretty fit guy and I love learning new things so i can share them with other people. People are always asking me what “I” am doing or how to do something, and i am more than happy to help them out. There is nothing more satisfying than helping someone else.
For me personally, i think the BBFFL would be perfect because it is all body weight. I already have a problem with joint stiffness from heavy lifting and believe that the body weight exercises would really help me with that. Also i am looking at lifting more as long term, preventative fitness, rather than sport specific like i have pretty much my whole life so far. I am only 20, but i feel about 40. I seem to always have sore joints. I am fairly flexible but that hasn’t really seemed to help. I have tried various exercises received through your email list, and already they seem to be helping my stiffness. I am very interested to learn more about the 4 by 7 formula and systematic recovery, along with removing restricting forces. I have a feeling i’ve got a lot of those. Not only will this help me but i have a friend who hasn’t lifted in a while and he is wanting to get back into it. He’s got about 20-25 lbs of body fat to lose and he is relying on me to help him. Which i have no problem doing but i think it would be a lot easier if i had a specific plan to follow. I would also like to have a plan to follow for myself. I am wanting to drop about 4-5% body fat, so i can get back down around 6%. Along with losing a little bit of weight i believe the BBFFL program could help me improve mobility, range of motion, learn some more new exercises, also it will help me become fit for life. I will also be able to help others reach their goals with the knowledge and exercises i will gain from the BBFFL Program, and you can’t put a price on the feeling helping others gives you.
I’m a long time fitness fanatic. I’ve tried everything from body building to weightlifting and alternative or old style fitness training. I find that the more I train the more I am relying on body weight training to maintain my fitness needs. Less chance of injury more chance for me to reach and maintain my goals. I’m able to gain strength while maintaining endurance, power, speed and other strength qualities needed to live a full a vibrant life. I’m always looking for new ways to do old things and I love challenging myself to accomplish new feats or more challenging versions of faithful exercises. I’m 43 years old and most people my age are finding themselves hitting the bars and partying now that their kids have grown. I’m taking a different approach, I want to stay as fit as I can for as long as I can. I’ve been given one body and only one run through life to utilize this body. No matter how good the shape I have gotten into I’ve always had extra around my middle. I want to reach my goal of losing the saddlebags. That is why BBFFL would be perfect for me right now.
There are many things I could say about BBFFL. But there’s no need to describe your approach one more time.
I just want to focus on one word: “vitality”. You rightly chose this word. And you rightly put it before “fat loss” and “muscle”, that could remind an aesthetic-only approach.
Fat loss is OK, building muscle is OK, but the most important thing is to feel alive. Energized. Ready to face the world without fear.
To do this, you need to learn to move, and your “6 Degrees of Freedom” is an excellent map.
I’m interested in being in good shape, but I’m not only a fitness enthusiast. I’m a teacher, and I don’t like to sit while staying in the classroom. I’m an amateur actor, too, and I need to be aware of my body and overcome those limitations that could lead me to a poor depiction of my characters.
Yes, I’m overweight, too. Yes, I want to be leaner and stronger. But losing weight wouldn’t be so important if I didn’t learn also how to feel at home in my body. I do think that BBFFL isn’t only about looking good, but also about feeling good. This motivates me to write. To exercise. To live.
As a recently laid off husband and father of 2, I find body weight exercise to be the perfect system for me. I am always in a time crunch now that I am going to school full time for Nursing. The primary motivation for me is to be in great functional shapenot only to look and feel good, but to present myself as a good model to patients and family to say,”If I can find time and can do it, so can you”
Being healthy so I can be there for my family and children is another driving point. I want to set the best lifestyle example for my daughters that i can, and being able to exercise “anytime, anywhere” is huge, and can be great to do with the kids.
And,since I am unemployed, you just cannot beat a free workout. I have had gym memberships in the past, and never felt I got my moneys worth.
For me it comes down to being there for Family, Friends and Finances, and this is perfect for it.
John
Never having won anything in my life I’ll tell you what motivates me. It’s my 6 children. As a mom we have natural tendency to put ourselves last. No time to go to the gym no time to get out there for the run. When there is time the gym is closed 9 out of 10 times. Workouts for the average wife and mother need to be as simple and effective as possible. BER is exactly that. An anywhere workout plan the WORKS! What’s nice is that someone like me doesn’t have to be intimidated by the big guy at the gym or the sexy perfect girl at aerobics class. I can do this right at home whenever I want to. I don’t have to worry about what anyone thinks about me. Gradually what I think about ME improves! The motivation is and will always be my 6 children but you gotta take care of their mom to take care of them! BER is what I believe is my ticket to do it.
first of all, im mexican ,so i apologize for any spelling or grammar mistakes.
i wish i could say i love sport, fittness and all ,but to be honest, i cant ,i hate the gym workouts ,running, swiming ,and almost anything related with exersice, you may ask then, what the hell are you doing here.
well thats a long story but i will try to keep it short.
the first exesise experience i had in my life was swiming ,in fact i was really good at it ,i started when i was 4 ,the thing is that i absolutely hated it ,it was sooooo boring and monotous ,my parents forced me to go for “health”reasons ,but the first chance i got of stoping was at 15 and of course i took it.
for little more than one year i didnt do any exercise ,exept picking up the jar of beer, now you must think here comes the part where i say “ohhh my god, i miss exersise ,swiming and all” well if you thought that, you are totaly mistaken,i was a very happy drunk lazy teenager.
but one day everything changed, for some very funny twist of destiny, i lost a bet with my girlfriend ,and the punishment was to do a week of her contemporany and classic dance classes.well, i loved it ,i trained for 5 years and became a dancer ,it was great ,i was so strong and flowless ,there are very few things that can compare to that kind of training, and it is totaly bodyweight exercise.but then came a very serious knee injury, and boom! the dream was over(dont cry i have a new dream).i tried doing the tipiceal gym workout to fill the space, but it was like a bad and cruel imitation ,you must understand, as a dancer i felt like a feline , the elegance and power of a tiger, and in the gym i felt like a gorilla.i tried yoga but it was to soft ,capoeira, but it was kind of savage with my knee problem, and then i found your workouts.
i did the crazy rockstar program and some of the free videos you send by email ,and i swear its the closest thing to that old sensation of power ,grace and flow its great and i cant wait to get the bodyweight blueprint.
I am a busy, happily-married father of 6 children and headmaster of a boys’ school (now in its sixth year) outside of Washington, DC. As a 40-something year old former basketball player, weight-trainer (though in an unbalanced way), and veteran of back surgery whose chronically tight hip flexors and sciatica have kept him off the basketball court for over a year now, I need to find a balanced way to exercise that will not aggravate my conditions and get me back into shape. Though I would love to play hoops again, I will gladly settle for better mobility and being in better overall physical condition.
I have watched some of the videos on your website. Your program intrigues me, because, given my family and work situations, BBFFL would help on many levels:
I need to be able to work out at home with little or no equipment.
While I don’t mind spending effort, I cannot spend much money or time on an exercise program.
Lastly, I tend to have cement in my hips and some trigger points in the upper neck and back, so I will need to use the progressions you have for rookies.
Thanks for your consideration.
“Why would Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss be the perfect choice right now for your personal fitness and body transformation.”
First of all thank you for the opportunity to win such a unique workout. I use to be 50 pounds heavier and it affected every aspect of my life, especially my self-esteem but I still have some more to lose. I have tried every conceivable workout and they have worked but only at the expense of my energy, enthusiasm for workouts and a very sore body. At this point in my life I need something that will be gentler yet effective. I would never be able to stop working out but that 12-minute stage crazy video is awesome. Mr. Murdock explains the exercises better than anyone I have ever seen (thank you for that). I would greatly appreciate this awesome package. Thank You, Ricci
Hi Adam and Ryan,
Why do I want you guys to pick me? Were do I start.. As someone who has dipped in and out of fittness over the past few years I have finally realised its all about me.. My actions, reflect how I feel about me to others. If I dont look after myself and treat myself as someone special, why would anyone else? What we do and put into our bodies is essential to our wellbeing and I see this in you guys, your approch and your programme. You have adapted movement, strenght and balance into a fantastic, exciting workout that feels like a natural dance, but one with grace and elegance and like you say FLOW. And one that I want to persevere at to become better, stronger and agile. I am new to your workouts, but after going through the stage crazy workout twice I can feel the pain, but also the need to achieve. By winning a copy of your new Bodyweight Blue print for Fat Loss, you will be pushing me to continue on this exciting regime for not just now but for life.. And to think that I will still be able to move with flow at 80, is definately a huge motivator..
Thanks guys, keep up the great workouts and videos..
On its own the Bodyweight FUN-damentals it really is gold but in my experience wha it has done for me it’s worth far more. It has enhanced my training in yoga and martial arts to a new level.
So all I can really say is it’s a fun and dynamic system that just works and, for me anyway, increases my performance in other activities.
I am motivated by moving to new levels in all areas of my life, it will also fits in with my busy life.
The system is logical and easy it’s to remember the actions .There is fun, playful element to it, that means it’s something I can look forward to and not something I have to do .Like going to the gym(too far/cold/busy etc)
It does prove you don’t need an overpriced gym membership or the collection of gimmicks that you’ve conveniently forgotten about under the bed or cupboard.
The full package would be amazing and would push me to a whole new level to better myself and improve my health and fitness.( and have some fun)
I am 42 years old, female and about 150# over my ideal weight. I have spoken with my doctor and I am healthy with no reason I can’t workout hard and finally get into great shape. I am a nurse and I spend my days caring for wounded American military members and their families and I see the struggles and triumphs they go through each and every day. Seeing them each day makes me feel guilty and ashamed to be “healthy” and so over fat due to my own laziness and not being able to afford a gym membership. Being a nurse or medical professional who is fat is all too common and makes it hypocritical for me to teach others about lifestyle choices and strategies for getting into a state of optimum health. I want to be an example for my patients and my coworkers and being able to workout at home will remove any excuses. To be guided to fitness at home by experts would be a dream and would be the turning point to changing my life, my body and increase the good I can do for the wounded, their families and the healthcare environment surrounding them.
Motivation? How about next birthday I will be 60. I am about 40 lbs over the weight I should be and though healthy certainly not fit.
People make assumptions like don’t lift that you will hurt your back, don’t go running you will injure yourself, gym membership is a waste of money better spend it on the kids. This to a guy who played almost every sport to an at least reasonable standard but gradually work became the excuse not to exercise and to overeat.
Thirty years ago I gave up cigarettes by going round all my friends who smoked and telling them it was a disgusting habit and I would never be seen smoking again so when I was tempted there was a major pressure not to give in and lose face! This is the same motivation I can apply to BBFFL as it gives me the drive to be that athlete again. Oh and no one can say that bodyweight exercises require expensive equipment.
I will show them
I am 41 years old and am about 100 lbs overweight. I have tried a lot of different exercise programs and diets and have watched the weight go and come back on, mostly come back on. When I was in pretty good shape I cycled, ran, lifted weights, etc. Today with two children I just don’t have the time available for that level of commitment.
My children are now getting to that age where they are enjoying sports and other physical activities. I find that with my current weight and physical condition I cannot participate with my children as much as I would like to with their physical activities. I want to encourage my children to enjoy and live a healthy, active lifestyle.
I have been using the Fun-damentals program for about 3 weeks and I have been losing weight and I feel great. The time commitment for this program fits with my lifestyle and I like the program for its whole body workout and it even has a level that I can do, which is encouraging. I believe that the BBFFL program can help me achieve my goals of weight loss and a better life for myself and my family. Thanks guys!
I would love to use this system as a tool as a part of my studying to become a personal trainer. P.S. my weight loss to date is 117 lbs.
Here’s the abridged version I used for our church:
“Like many women, I let my fears and insecurities hide behind my weight. For years, the weight packed on, and I did nothing much to change, even though I knew God wanted the best for me. But at 222 lbs, food became my security blanket, and it got easier to hide behind that.
When physical problems started ocurring, I knew I had to make changes. But years of uninvolvement left me with nowhere to turn for the help I needed. Or so I thought. The only connect course I was willing to take where I figured I wouldn’t stand out, was Healthy Living. I was too self-concious otherwise, and I figured others would be in the same boat.
Well, since then, the last 2 years have been completely life changing for me. I’m now 130 lbs(92 lost)and when your body begins to heal, your mind does too! I learned through the Maximized Living course and through Pastor Leon, that health & fitness are tools to live the best life I can, and be the best at what God wants me to be! Facing and speaking to my mountain shows that I am “God-concious”, not “self-concious”. Fear means that we don’t trust God and I choose not to fear anymore.
Now I want to reach my full potential by helping others reach theirs, and I am going from success to significance. Springs Church and the Maximized Living connect course have literally changed the way my life story will be played out. These courses are truly amazing!”
I sent my full story to your email,
Thank you,
Shelley
I am 44 yr old and have been interested in fitness since I have been in my teens. I workout at home and have managed to stay fairly lean, but would like to increase my strength and flexibility while maintaining leanness and BBFFL sounds like an excellent way to meet those goals. I am always looking for a efficient workout that gets the job done while leaving me time for work, family, etc. I don’t belong to a gym and feel you can still get a good workout at home and BBFFL sounds like what I am looking for. With the prices of everything going up except my paycheck, getting the program for free would be great! Please pick me.
my wife to be just the thought of good sex all night has given me the focus to loose weight and since i have started using your bodyweight system in the last 3 weeks i have lost just over 20 lbs and what a difference it has made. People have noticed the drop in weight and the sexlife is improving still have about 30-40lbs to drop still but my hats off to you with your system as my knees used to hurt when I exercised but with yous system I have not had that problem thanks for everything.
I think the Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss program would be the perfect choice right now not only for myself, the clients I work with but also for anyone who wants to 1.) improve their personal fitness, 2.) transform their body and 3.) learn the difference between “fitness” and “vitality” .
We are constantly being bombarded with “lose 30lbs. in 30 days” or “get ripped FAST” or ” Gain 15lbs. of muscle in 30 days” and do these statements make people emotional and get people to spend money? I hate to admit it but YES it does. Do a lot of these programs work? Probably so in that they create weight loss and muscle gain. Do they create health? I don’t believe so. For example programs like the TV show “The Biggest Loser” are created for drama and are setting unrealistic expectations for people. It only helps to reinforce false misconceptions that weight loss automatically equals health which is not the case.
I feel two important questions to be asking is 1.) HOW do these programs work ? and 2.) Do they take away from or add to my health and wellness?
One of my mentors said the following statement to me recently: ” To be successful you need to either be better or different.”
The Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss is exactly that: better and different. Just this past Monday I put my wellness camp members through your 12 Minute Stage Crazy workout and they loved it. We teach our clients how to manage the various stresses in life: 1) Physical stress, 2.) Mental/emotional and 3.) Nutritional stress. The majority of our clients are the ” average Jane/Joe” but even the athletes we work as well are way too overloaded with the various 3 stresses that performing 3 high intensity strength training and interval cardio sessions per week would only be counter productive to creating health & wellness.
It is great to see a program that : 1.) teaches people movement that matters, 2.) that improves a person’s thought process ( your “base switch” definitely engaged their minds as well as cross patterns most have not performed since childhood) , 3.) that improves mobility of joints and improves flexibility (which everyone needs), 4.) that improves strength in all 3 planes of movement, 5.) increases one’s heart rate to their desired level and goals, 6.) promotes recovery and 7.) is FUN to do!!!!
Your program and principles motivate me to become a better teacher and coach. I love to teach people how to be healthy from the inside out. Your program truly cares about HOW to safely and effectively get that message across to people. Thanks Ryan and Adam.
Sincerely,
Doug Parra
I am a Captain at a major US airline and three time Ironman finisher. As a pilot, I am intrigued by your use of the six degrees of movement (I live pitch, roll and yaw!) and as an Ironman competitor, fitness is my passion! I spend up to half of each month on the road and am fed up with what hotels call their “gym”. I try to keep up with my training while traveling but am tired of the usual push ups, sit ups and lunges in my hotel room. The short videos of your system have captured my imagination, I can”t stop watching them.! I turn 50 next year and will race two Ironmans. I would love to take your program for a “test flight” and report my results back to you. Full body functional fitness training in my hotel room? This just might be the training breakthrough I’ve been looking for! Thank you.
i’m a 21 year old guy. I have been overweight as long as i can remember.i was sick of being rediculed for my physique since my childhood and i have fewer friends and always had low self-confidence so i joined a gym and have been training for last 2 years and tried almost everything in the gym
and on nutrition but i did not see much improvements now no longer feel like going to gym and eat good .I feel restricted and starved all the time. I need something that get me started on fat loss and muscle building goals. Sometimes back i came across your CST training. I find it eye opening program and i am trying your free programs .And i’m seeing results i always wanted to excel in body weight exercises. I think your program will help me in getting my body of my dreams and give my my confidence back, of course saver my precious time and money. thank you.

As Synchronized swimming coach one muss come up with strength exercises that can be adapted for the pool area as well.
In Synchro we use every muscle the body has to offer even if the swimmers don’t reconize it. We do not work on just a vertical horizontal plan. These movements that Body Weight provide are the exact replica of the ones we use in the water, fluid and consistant and in balance. Because Synchronized Swimming is an asthetic sport we need to be not only top fit but also trim. Doing these exercises on land with the gravitational pull trains the swimmers to use more energy outside of the water burning more calories and making it easier for the swimmers to move faster and more effortless in the water. As soon as I recieved these exercises I brought them to the pool and the swimmers loved it. They were able to understand the movements in the water better as well. We all have fun with Body Weight Exercises!

I accidently came across your website a while back and have been addicted ever since. As an ex natural bodybuilder, weights, weights weight was all I would think about.
After competing for many years, I finally won the australian titles and then retired and started to eat. Well as you can imagine the weight piled on. I then went through a terrible time mentally as well as physically. My confidence dropped and I hated myself for a very long time. I have tried to get back into training but was so embarrassed when people would say ” wow, you dont train anymore I see” that I wouldn’t go back to the gym. Anyway, since I have started to train using your techniques, and also train my people this way, I have started to achieve changes that I never did even when I was at the gym 7 days a week 2 hours a day. Not only that, my fitness has gone through the roof which is great as I work for an emergency response unit and you have to be ready for anything and being the only female, constantly having to prove myself.
I still have a way to go to achieve my goals but hopefully I will get there sooner than never.
Hey Everyone,
Ryan and I would like to give you a heartfelt thank you for all the inspiring stories that you shared with us! It’s incredibly motivating to read about your aspirations and what motivates you.
The three winners have been notified by email. And we’ll be sharing a bit of what they had to say tomorrow.
Cheers,
Adam
Adam, I could have used a system like this as i work a swing shift job and can’t always get to a gym. Unfortunately, I did not receive your e-mail in time to enter! I’ll check out the specifics and order at a later date as it sounds like I could do this even at work,on my break!
Richard.
