		<description>Very well broken down.  I am a 52 year young woman and within about a dozen attempts I was doing this roll from a squat position.  What  a thrill the first time I got through it and to my feet!

		<description>Wow that was a fun exercise. It was very easy to get down even though it is a lot different from the way I normally do rolls. Anyway I liked it, and it was a beautiful tutorial. I hope the next exercise will be a little bit more advanced?

		<description>I used to do that roll but also picking up a rugby(kind of NFL without the protective gear) ball as I rolled. I now understand why my shoulder would hurt after it. Though it might also have had something to do with about 5 opponents tackling me if I got the timing wrong! Great stuff.</description>
