I just bought the Bodyweight Exercise Revolution and am looking forward to jumping in. I wasn't able to find info how to incorporate this (especially the 4 x 7) into an existing exercise schedule. It looks like there may be been a previous post on this, but when I click on it, I'm getting a message that the topic can't be found….


I recently started running again (4-5 days a week) and would like to continue, however, I wasn't sure how that would impact what has been laid out in the book. Can I continue to run? Does one need to be done in place of the other? How far does the running and the workouts you've described need to be apart?
