Are you wondering if you missed something when reading the instructions for the Moderate session in the Hypertrophy chapter? Don't worry, you're not alone… Confused

In the final editing process, the number of Supersets got omitted. The tables from the chapter are also a bit hard to follow and will be modified with the next edition of the ebook. Anyone who already owns BER will get a download link when that is made available.

So below you'll find the rundown on the Moderate session. Just post into this thread if you still have questions.


3 Supersets of…

Superslow Eccentric 1 – Quad Squat

-> 3 reps lowering slowly for 15 seconds per rep

=>Rest 60 seconds then move on to

Superslow Eccentric 2 – Trininty Squat

-> 3 reps lowering slowly for 15 seconds per rep

=>Rest 60 seconds then return to Quad Squat for total of 3 Supersets


3 Supersets of…

Eccentric/Isometric 1 – Inverted Hand Press

-> 3-5 repetitions stopping for three static holds of 5 seconds during the lowering portion

=>Rest 60 seconds then move on to

Eccentric/Isometric 2 – 1-Legged SLDL

-> 3-5 repetitions stopping for three static holds of 5 seconds during the lowering portion

=>Rest 60 seconds then return to Inverted Hand Press for total of 3 Supersets
