Just recently I started the bodyweight exercise program. I find the explanations with pictures helpful and there are some exercises like the full leg swoop variation that I wish I could see a video of what it looks like in full motion. I have no problem doing the basic lateral leg swoop, yet for example when i try to do the Full leg swoop with my left leg and swoop it back to the left side I don't need to lift my left hand because as my left leg comes back its not swooping out far enough to touch it. My form must be wrong here because if it was correct my left leg swooping back would need me to lift first my right hand then my left. Maybe my hands should be planted closer in front of me. If you have any suggestions or video footage that demonstrates the exercise it would be appreciated.
