So I'm fairly disappointed with myself.  Two days ago, I had a really good moderate intensity workout.  Yesterday, I spent the day at a friend's house for the Olympic hockey game.  And I ate a lot of junk.  Several hours later, I went to do my High Intensity workout.  At first it was stronger than all previous weeks.  Really powerful, quick movements, good control, REP 9.  When I hit the half-way mark, it started to get tougher, but my speed and technique were really good.  Then I started to feel nauseous in the last circuit and I couldn't do it and didn't have the strength to do the compensation either.  I think that the nutrition was what killed me.  Stupid.
