The Tripod

I have been working with CST Bodyweight for about 3 weeks now. I am currently on level 2 of the fundamentals and so far have had no problems performing any of the movements until I came to the Tripod. I just cant seem to grasp how to move from the Tripod position back into the full squat position. No matter what I do, I just cant seem to get there. I watch the video over and over and it seems so simple, but I guess my mind and body are just no in sink with this movement. Can you explain exactly how you get from the tripos position to the full squat position.

Any exercises that may help me to prepare for this movement would also be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Dan
