Have tried downloading an avatar a few times now, says it's saved, but can't see it.Confused

I'm only new at these things. . . . . .

The same thing happens to me. I've tried a dozen times with no luck. It uploads, but when I click "update" that little wheel just spins and spins, driving me closer to the edge… Yell

As Adam will tell you, my tech skills run along the lines of try two clicks, then punch the monitor and walk away… With any luck someone else will chime in here and help us both LOL.

Mine works automatically. You do have to ensure that the email adress you are using as a member of the forum matches your Gravitar.

Also, I seem to remember a bit of lag time before my Gravitar kicked in. It's a cool service though, because it works all over the web. It's like a universal Avatar system.

I checked the settings on our "local" system and you should be able to upload an avatar. If you try again, make sure the image is no more than 50 x 50 pixels or the system will reject it though.

I can upload an avatar. That works. But I haven't found the option to define it as the one that is currently used in the forum.

Mine works perfectly now that I coordinated my email address here at thsi forum with my Gravatar email. Thnaks!
